Critical questions you need to consider

  • Would you know how to handle such a crisis?
  • How would you deal with the negotiation?
  • How would you deal with the local police in a country where one of your people has been kidnapped?
  • How would you deal with a victim's family that is threatening to 'go public'?
  • How would you account for a large ransom paid?
  • Whose time would you divert from the business to handle such a crisis?
