Marsh has a dedicated aviation accident and health team who work within the aviation practice of Marsh, thus combining an understanding of the aviation industry and its employees, with expertise in the products and markets of the accident and health insurance.
What we do

Key accident and health coverages to consider
Personal accident:
This is a simple product which pays a pre-arranged amount in the event of death, dismemberment or serious disablement following an accident. It can be purchased for pilots whilst flying only, whilst on duty including away from home base or on a 24-hour basis.
Loss of licence:
This policy is designed to pay pre-arranged benefits in the event that they have their licence either temporarily or permanently withdrawn due to failure to reach the required medical standards.
Term life:
Term life covers an employee’s family in the event that the employee dies whilst in employment. This cover can be combined with personal accident and loss of licence to ensure that there are no gaps in cover or overlaps thus providing a broad range of cover but keeping premium rates to an absolute minimum.
Medical expenses:
The international nature of the aviation industry means that many employees work outside their countries of residence for either short periods or longer secondments. Our covers recognise the need to provide high levels of cover including the access to an emergency assistance company thus ensuring expertise and the point of need.
Other employee benefits:
