Marsh lines up industry leaders to debate next decade of risk for communications, media and technology firms
Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, has attracted high-profile industry leaders to present at its 14th annual communications, media and technology (CMT) conference, which will take place in London on 19-20 May.
Speakers at the conference, which will address the major risks facing the CMT sector over the next decade, include: John McMonigall, business angel and former head of private equity firm Apax Partners’ telecommunications practice; Peter Lasky, Vodafone’s Head of Strategy, Commercial Policy and Planning; Andreas Berger, CEO, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, London; and, Stephen Benade, Company Secretary, Computacenter.
Key issues to be addressed at the conference include the emergence of new business models and their impact on the sector’s risk profile; the impact of climate change on the CMT industry; emerging legal and regulatory trends; and protecting people and investments overseas from the threat of kidnap and ransom.
