With environmental risk issues increasingly becoming a key concern for businesses based in the EU, Cliff Warman, Leader of the European Environmental Practice at Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, will lead a panel discussion and workshop on the latest developments in this area at next week’s Business and Sustainable Environment (Base) conference.
The inaugural two-day Base conference and exhibition is designed to provide practical information and solutions for businesses on sustainability issues, and will feature keynote speeches by business leaders, politicians and environmentalists (www.baseshow.co.uk).
Dr Warman, a Base board member, will take part in a panel discussion on ‘how investment and risk are driving change’ and Marsh’s Environmental Practice will host a workshop on ‘environmental risk management solutions’.
